Return & Exchange Policy

Customers complete shopping experience/satisfaction is our highest Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. 

But still we put this on the website as:

An order placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. In case customer want to cancel it 25% of the total will deduct.

Never send back an item without informing us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

Any shipping costs of sending back to us, above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from us are the responsibility of the customer.

Please give return or exchange request within 24 hours after product delivered to you and return product within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way, sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we are not responsible for same. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

Please mark the items as defective order returns.

Chargeback / Refunds:

No claim for refund, return or exchange of fee will be entertained for custom stitch product related services. In case of multiple payments for the same No./ARN, for custom stitch product related services including miscellaneous services, the claims for refund will not be entitled.

Be aware/extra alert when accepting parcel from courier company/agency:

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with an invoice before accepting the package from the courier company/agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain to the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them. 

In case if delivered product is defected then you can exchange it, which you received from octfisfashion.com, please leave a message via whatsapp/text message or sending an email to [email protected] We are not giving full replacement of all the items, few items are handmade and manufactured upon order request. Those items cannot be returned back. We shall issue 80% refund of the cost of the product (20% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.)

Customer need to first raise request through Whatsapp/Text Message or Email with reason before exchange/returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any exchange.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we may replace the product without additional charges. 

Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds for prepaid orders. Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by sms/e-mail. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.

  • Exchange/return would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs. of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
  • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
  • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
